Expressions of Interest - Administration Officer

Effective time management, task delivery and a compliance mindset are all key attributes of a successful administrator within the Facilities First team.

Assist with critical support we are always looking for individuals who have a ‘can do attitude’ and the experience to work at pace and deliver outcomes.

Accountabilities


  • Providing administrative support to team members
  • Completing data entry requirements into internal systems
  • Producing excel reports, power point presentations and documenting procedures as required
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes to the operational team
  • Ensuring internal registers and documentation are maintained
  • Exceptional service delivery to our clients, contractors and team members
  • Administering ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by the operations team

Essential


  • Proven experience in a busy and demanding administration role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft office suite
  • Extensive experience using spreadsheets and preparing reports
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed organisational and time management skills
  • Exposure working in a fact paced and deadline driven environment
  • Exposure to contract management would be an advantage
