Facilities First Australia Acquires Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services

Facilities First Australia are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement to buy the Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services business from Multiple Sclerosis Services Limited (ACN 626 200 137), effective 25th February 2019.

Backed by more than 23 years of industry experience, Facilities First currently delivers services to over 3,000 sites daily across both Public and Private Sectors. With over 2,500 staff employed nationally, and an internal structure centred around CARE, Facilities First is one of the fastest growing facility management service providers within the market.

With the acquisition of Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services, approximately 400 employees will join the Facilities First Team.

Facilities First Chief Executive Officer, Ben Bayot, says he is thrilled to welcome the Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services team on board;

Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services have over 40 years’ experience providing cleaning and laundry services to the Health and Aged Care Industries. With annual revenues of approximately $20 million, Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services currently services over 120 Aged Care Homes and Hospitals.

Nationwide Health and Aged Care Services will continue to operate under its current brand and operating model. Our key focus for our clients will be ensuring business as usual.
