With casual ease, he can reel off a long list of impressive achievements that have seen him work across the globe for companies including Delaware North and ICS and prestigious events including Commonwealth Games Brisbane, The America’s Cup, and multiple Olympic Games – Atlanta and Sydney.
It’s this deep understanding of hospitality and service that gives Christopher the edge when it comes to his role as General Manager of Cleaning. He has an innate understanding of the expectations of his guests and clients.
“Knowing hotel services, I understand the extra requirements our clients require, especially in tailored services such as aged care,” says Christopher. “Times have changed and people enjoy having the little bit extra and so that’s what we provide. We go beyond a cleaning service to offer a full housekeeping service.”
Christopher’s years of experience have given him a finely honed approach to delivering service excellence. For him, it comes down to seamless delivery though consistency, quality, accountability and, of course, safety. “I have the belief that if you look after people, everything else just happens,” says Christopher. “I’m at the point in my career where I have choice and I want to make sure that the people on the journey with me want to have fun… I always use that expression, because if you don’t enjoy what you do, why do it?”

Work life balance is important to Christopher, so when he’s not out delivering service excellence for his clients, he loves to spend time outside with his horses and his garden.
