Client Services Manager AMC – Northern Sydney Region

The Role:


  • Championing Safety culture & performance
  • Oversee operational deliverables and achieve the KPIs set
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including direct staff and sub-contractors
  • Supporting growth within your portfolio
  • Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts
  • Visit clients and conduct regular audits and site inspections

The Person:


  • 2 years’ experience running a portfolio of contractors and delivering site compliance
  • Experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry is essential
  • Experience in Business Development is preferred
  • Safety First Culture
  • Can effectively communicate at all levels within the business in both verbal and written format
  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Must be able to drive across Northern Sydney Regions
  • Ability to work autonomously

Essentials:


  • Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license
  • Current National Police Check
  • Unlimited Work Rights
