The Role:

Championing Safety culture & performance
Oversee operational deliverables and achieve the KPIs set
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including direct staff and sub-contractors
Supporting growth within your portfolio
Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts
Visit clients and conduct regular audits and site inspections

The Person:

2 years’ experience running a portfolio of contractors and delivering site compliance
Experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry is essential
Experience in Business Development is preferred
Safety First Culture
Can effectively communicate at all levels within the business in both verbal and written format
Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Must be able to drive across Northern Sydney Regions
Ability to work autonomously

Essentials:

Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license
Current National Police Check
