Client Services Manager – Melbourne Metro

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced, customer focused Client Services Manager to join our Operations team based in the Melbourne Metro region!

To be successful in the role you will have demonstrated strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of cleaning service teams within your portfolio, taking full accountability for the delivery of services to achieve contractual obligations and standards.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to achieving excellent results and creating positive working relationships within the organization.

• Oversee operational deliverables and achieve the KPIs set
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting growth within your portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
• Drive a high performing culture within your teams
• Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts
• Visit clients and conduct regular audits and site inspections

• Experience in the cleaning or service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of workplace health and safety and ability to promote a safety culture among others
• Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
• Current and valid Driver’s license
• Current Police Check or ability to obtain one
• Must be able to drive to various sites
• Work autonomously
