Contact Centre Operator

About the role:


  • Liaise between suppliers and management in relation to Workbills and supportive documentation
  • Ensure all Service Calls and Work Orders are managed through TemplaERP system and complete within contract KPI targets
  • Provide support in subcontractor management
  • Liaising with accounts payable to ensure the timely payment of suppliers
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks where operational support is required

Skills and experience:


  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or contact centre role with proven customer delivery outcomes
  • Effective written and verbal communicator. Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work and deliver in high volume situations
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in the Facility Maintenance industry is highly desirable
