FMS Client Services Manager (CSM) - Northern Sydney Region

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced, customer focused Client Services Manager to join our Whole of
Government Facilities Management Cleaning Services (FMS) Operations team based in the Northern Sydney region.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated strong client relationship management skills alongside a proven ability to effectively manage your own team and achieve great results. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of cleaning service teams within your portfolio, taking full accountability for the delivery of services to achieve contractual obligations and standards.

The Role:


  • Oversee operational deliverables and achieve the KPIs set
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting growth within your portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
  • Drive a high performing culture within your teams
  • Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts
  • Visit clients and conduct regular audits and site inspections

The Person:


  • Experience in the cleaning industry or service industry
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-site/service management
  • Can effectively communicate at all levels within the business in both verbal and written format
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety and ability to promote a safe work culture
  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to directly lead a team to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license
  • Current Police Check or ability to obtain one
  • Must be able to drive to various sites
  • Work autonomously
