Jo is a people person at heart.
As the Client Services Manager for the Macarthur region of NSW Jo has 40 schools under her direct care, many of which are in country locations…
… So more than anything else Jo really loves meeting with her clients personally and hearing their stories first hand.
“I spend a lot of time travelling out to each school that I care for which I really enjoy. It’s beautiful out in the country and the local schools and communities that I visit are just fantastic.
“These regional communities are very passionate about their local schools, and I’m determined to make sure they receive the best service possible… so it’s a really great match.”
Prior to joining the Facilities First family Jo spent 15 years in the community based events industry managing large events of up to 2,000 people.
And that’s where Jo feels the most comfortable – being around people, hearing the needs of her clients first hand and being able to help them directly.
“Hearing the needs of school principals one-to-one is really important for me… and I feel like we can make an immediate impact into their school and the lives of everyone in the local community.”
“As part of our service we upgrade playgrounds, install roof replacements as well as general maintenance to ensure that the school is in it’s best possible condition for the kids.”
A southern Sydney girl at heart, Jo grew up in Ingleburn and now she calls Camden home along with her young family.
When she’s not on the road or managing client needs from the office you’ll usually find Jo spending time with the family or burning up a crossfit gym.
