Maintenance Planner - AMC

The Role:

  • Proactive Preventative and Statutory Maintenance planning & scheduling
  • Key KPI delivery
  • Client Services Manager & Sub Contractor collaboration and task management
  • Asset Management
  • Site Asset Validation
  • Extensive data entry

The Person:

  • 2+ years senior administration experience in multi-site/service roles
  • Experience generating schedules and work orders
  • Experience reviewing PPM frequencies and tasks
  • Experience in reviewing & updating asset registers
  • Experience reviewing compliance reports & documents around maintenance services and assets
  • Knowledge of procurement processes & procedures
  • Exceptional communication & organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills, specifically Excel
  • Current National Police Check
