About the role


Due to exciting business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our growing team, working and servicing the Central Coast Region.

Reporting to the Group Manager- Projects you will be responsible for supervising sub-contractors, accountable for delivery of services and completion of minor & major projects, providing daily administrative and operational support to the team.

  • Collaborate, communicate, and coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution
  • Create and maintain project management artefacts (project charter, schedule, communications plan)
  • Proactively manage all phases of project activities to time and quality (from initiation through implementation and close)
  • Ensure employees adherence to all company policies including Quality Assurance and Work Health and Safety
  • Ensure that contractual KPI’s around safety, quality, timing, meets industry specifications.

Skills and experience:


  • Effective communicator with Knowledge of all NSW Work Cover and WHS regulations
  • Technical and commercial competencies in domestic building
  • Ability to prioritise, and work to multiple deadline
  • Highly organised with effective time management
  • Self-starter- ability to work autonomously
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
