We have a position available for a Contact Centre Operator to join our Maintenance Team. Based out of our Macquarie Park Head Office, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operator to join our fast-paced team.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Logging of inbound enquires and requests from various clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding the allocation of jobs
  • Outbound calling to contractors, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring contractual response timeframes on jobs are meet
  • Administrative and data entry

We are looking for someone who has

  • Extensive customer service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and priorities tasks
  • Experience working with KPI’s
  • High attention to detail skills
